I watched this workout video. I think exercises is must for living a healthy and long life. I have read somewhere about programme entrainement sportif program to tone the body. Also, healthy eating is a key to live a fit and well preserved life.

Shared a bar with Angie, the WOD from yesterday made today's WOD pretty rough. Doing squat cleans was definitely harder than last time jason and I did this WOD with power cleans.

I shared bars with Lynn....Squat Cleans got rough REAL QUICK. First time doing this with squat cleans....GAME CHANGER. Looking forward to shaving minutes off of my time next try.

178/103/123, wrist was giving me more problems than anticipated on the cleans and bench. First time doing WOD, so I have an idea for next time.
