-365lb I knoooow I could have done 385lb but in my video and after Daryl correcting me, I was too far foward on the bar. I'm shooting for 400lb by jan

Back Squat - 385 (failed @ 405, only 10# off PR)
Press - 175 (failed 1st try, tied PR)
Deadlift - 495 (NEW PR)

Total - 1055 (New PR)

I am super stoked about setting a new PR on deadlift! Next time the Back Squat PR will be mine as well. Although my total is not quite as Beastly as Nate's, I'm still super stoked!!! Not to shabby for a 34 year old 175# weakling!!!

My goal was 300, based off of previous workouts and a hurt shoulder.

Back Squat: 175
Press: 85
Deadlift: 225
Total: 485

I surprised myself on the squat and deadlift.

Everyone wants to do crossfit, but no one wants to lift this heavy a** weight!!!

I was going for 1270 today. Did not suceed!
