10 Burpees

SWOD: 1 strict PU/the rest with small green band/hollow rocks

SWOD - held 3 strict pull-ups each round

WOD - 13 burpees

First two rounds weren't bad, then after that this WOD sucked just as bad as I remembered.

2 rds with Strict c2b, then 4 rds with bar muscle ups

WOD
28 burpees (tied PR)

First round was just over 1 min then all other rounds were under 1:08 I just couldn't keep the pace on the last set of burpees.

SWOS: banded strict PU

WOD: completed all round with about :25-:30 seconds to rest. Only tripped on 4th round of DU. 15 Burpees on last round

Wod: hated this... I died the last 3 rounds and my doubles the last 4 rounds sucked Score: 12
