Box jumps felt good, next time I'm hitting at least 51". WOD felt good, I focused on trying to press each run. Great classes tonight, glad to see everyone push each round.

i did have much time today, but i got in 1 round.

this is my fastest time on this wod. i was able to do it unbroken and for that im thankful.

when i first started crossfit i could not run for longer than 90 sec. this program has given me so much and i know that our members can achieve even greater results.

Rnd1 5:13 (Blue Band Pull-Ups)
Rnd2 9:18 (Blue Band Pull-Ups)
Rnd3 9:28 (Green Band Pull-Ups)

*Last Round Tore my hand, couldn't keep grip, switched to Green Band. No worries, I cleaned up the bar afterwards...no cooties :)
