900 meter Run, 9 Back Squats

800 meter Run, 8 Back Squats

700 meter Run, 7 Back Squats

600 meter Run, 6 Back Squats

500 meter Run, 5 Back Squats

400 meter Run, 4 Back Squats

300 meter Run, 3 Back Squats

200 meter Run, 2 Back Squats

100 meter Run, 1 Back Squat

*Back Squats can be done using a rack.

WOD - 39:13 rx'd 103# for the back squats

Felt good on this WOD, runs felt good and was able to keep a nice pace. Squats felt good as well.

Runs felt surprisingly good, about the 700-600m run it started to get a little slower. Backsquats felt good.

I weighed in before the WOD at 187.4 so I rounded up to 190. Post WOD I weighed in again, this time 186.0 with shoes and all. The squats felt good, I just could not keep a fast enough pace on my runs.
