Front Squat - 103,113,123x6

WOD - 15:14 which is like 45 seconds slower than last time, used 143# for the DL. Should have done tng on the first round instead of dropping each one, legs felt heavy on the box jumps.

SWOD: PP 88/98/103x11 based off of 138, but I don't think that's accurate
Front squat 153/163/173x5

WOD: 13:45 RX (Row/DL@188). Rows felt slow but was able to knock off about :45 from my last time. I'll take it! Broke the DL up in to sets of 3, grip was shot from this week.
