WOD: it was as tough as it was supposed to be. It took forever but by god, I got all of the muscle ups! And better than I have done recently. My elbow doesn't hurt today! Succes!!!

Well.....I totally expected today's WOD to be challenging mentally and physically. And it lived up to my expectations. My legs were shot, lungs on fire, and nearly every muscle from my ears to my toes was begging for me to stop and rest. I think that I even felt my eyebrow cramp up towards the end....lets do it again!!!

WOD: CAP/Ended with the goblet squats. I knew I wasn't feeling it this morning but that was TERRIBLE.
