WOD - 25:50 rx'd (about 10 minutes slower than last time, but used 20# more this time. The first round took me I'd say half the time, just kept failing and not getting under the bar at all, these were ALL power today and even though it was slow felt pretty good about it seeing how that was the most power snatches I've ever done using 93#!!!

SWOD: used an mat and 25#plate for HSPU

WOD: 11:43 RX, had dumb tape for my thumbs on the first round, able to move faster without it the last 2 rounds.

Extra: death by cardio: 10 round-200m sprint with :30 test bw rounds
EMOM for 10 mins: 10 burpees to target. I'm dead.

I think I wore myself out the first two rounds trying to power all of them. The last round seemed really hard.
