Runs felt good and pull ups felt smooth....even though my hands took a beating. 3 blisters and I changed my grip several times and avoided ripping.

SWOD: 223x4/233x2/243x2; 243 was 85% but stayed lighter on the earlier sets seeing as how I haven't squatted in a while

WOD: 36 reps. 5/5/6/5/7/8. Focused on getting at least 5 each round. Surprised at how good they felt.
