Today was a long day at work, got off late and didn't get much of a warm up.

WOD - 6:34 (1 second off PR)

I was really tight and missed a few snatches which I let frustrate me. I easily could have smashed my old PR.

4x5 below hang power cleans - worked up to 83#
4x5 back squats - up to 153#
4x9 each leg of Russian step ups with barbell - 33#

WOD - 13:58 (bar muscle ups with two small bands, 93#)
Snatched felt pretty good today, only had one miss. Shaved 5 minutes off my previous time!

WOD: 14ish minutes at 83#. Felt sluggish today. Definite case of the Mondays.
