WOD: 14:38. Bumped it up to 155 with GHD sit-ups. C&J tough but got through them ok. GHD was fine and all DU's unbroken.

SWOD: HSPU's with 15lb plate under ab mat.

WOD: 20ish minutes. Weight 103# and GHD situps.

SWOD: strict HSPU with a box, felt good surprisingly after Murph. Finished rows in about :18-:20

SWOD- had to use a small kip on the HSPU due to shoulder pain.

WOD- 10:49-ish i used 155lbs for cleans

EXTRA- used 45lb plates as a deficit for the 215 clean pulls. Was able to pull to my chest so id assume my PR might be moving up??
