WOD - Cap 21 squats

Slower than last time, got through the pullups a little faster but the pushups were awful. Stayed very strict and tight on them

WOD: Beat old PR by over a minute. 17:29. Pretty happy with that.

Took 15:30 to get all 100 PU's done, but completed RX. So, I'm happy.
