Hspu felt much better today than just a couple weeks ago, was able to link more together!

SWOD: worked up to 223#. Felt good.

WOD: 25.19 HSPU'S felt great. Used 25lb weight under ab mat. Last time used a 45lb plate. PROGRESS!!!
I still hate burpees.

SWOD: Went for a new 1 rep this morning. Finally hit 400! Great day!

WOD: 14:46. Not a bad WOD but missed my goal by quite a bit. Slow on the hspu and pull ups. Sit ups and burpees unbroken.
