Did all my push presses unbroken, pullups felt pretty good. T2B were not as fun, grip was shot!

Jason, if you could see my face, you'd know it takes getting ugly to lift heavy.
I want to know how everyone can touch their toes to the bar. I'll have to work on that. GREAT Workout Friday.

SWOD: 193, 213, 223- worked off 300. All sets felt good.
WOD: 16:57 RX, wrist felt good but pull-ups and T2B were my demise.

SWOD - 325,350,375(8 reps)
WOD - 8:02 rx'd (2:10,3:58)

Deadlifts felt great, I used number from my highest max last year and all reps felt strong. Just not as strong as Joe made them look.

WOD 1 felt good, however lunch wasn't sitting well so WOD 2 was slowed a little bit. But with a quickly fading grip and abdominals failing just as fast I couldn't have saved much time.
