Kids were wanting to hang out so I did this one at home. Which coincidentally is the exact same place I did this WOD the first time.

WOD - 8:45ish

I used my phone to time the WOD and had to stop in the middle to yell at Wyatt. For some reason he thought it would be cool to drop trowel and go pee next to the driveway. HSPU were all strict and deadlifts were in sets of 10 except for the first set of 20.

WOD: 15:36. Went really well. Not too sure I could get sets of 10 all the way through but got it.

Reid that's awesome, last week you had trouble doing that! Way to go.

Did 6 sets of 15 reps and 1 of 10 on the deadlifts. I only used the ab mat on the HSPU's. I tried with the plates beside the mat but that didn't last long.
