Thin Air

SWOD

A) Back Squat 20 reps (add 5-10# to last weeks effort)

B) EMOTM x8, 1 Snatch (work up to a Heavy Single for the day)


WOD

6 rounds, each round is 2 minutes in length.

100m Sprint

30 Double Unders

10 Burpees

Rest remainder of round.

*MAX Burpees on LAST ROUND.

Last done on 10/6/15.

Snatch 205# (just missed 215#)

WOD - 6/27 reps

Back squats felt fine just a little rough with tight back. Snatch felt good surprisingly since I haven't worked on heavy snatches in a couple of months. Legs and shoulders got heavy on burpees really quick. I ended up just 1 burpee shy of last time.

73,83,88,93,98,98,98,103 (PR for me)

WOD: I sucked this morning (like, I literally sucked all
of the air out of the atmosphere) only finshed 4 rounds.
