Rest Day for me but wanted to do the OHS

Shoulders, traps, quads, and lower back all felt really tight. So I opted for bodyweight Grace but I was off PR time by about 1 minute.

SWOD: 128# (15# PR), felt like I had more in the tank. It all seemed to click this morning!
WOD: 2:54 RX, first 10 unbroken. Forearms were smoked from this week.
