Kinda bummed I missed this today. Never tried Isabel before!

Late day at work turned into no SWOD and no WOD.

So instead I did 30 snatches at 155# without a timer. I would estimate about 6 minutes.

SWOD - switched between holds on rings and handstand holds, was able to hold each for the 30 seconds

WOD - 12:00 (first 3 reps at 93#, or course those 3 took me like 5 to 6 minutes with many failed attempts, so I decided to drop on to 83# and finish it out)

Very frustrated with this today, next time 93# will be staying in the bar and feel like the 83# felt today!!
