hahahha, Thanks Jason! I did this workout before when I was in Iraq and got higher numbers on the bench press side, but I havent benched in forever. After the first round I thought I would of had a few in the 20's still. My upper body was so pumped from this I could barley more when we were done. I enjoyed the workout!!

We had two new people stop in at 6 tonight. Brian and Cynthia you both did great tonight.

200m run
20 squats
15 situps
10 pushups
5 pullups

Brian - 3:30 used green band
Cynthia - 4:49 used black band

Again great job tonight and we hope to see you both back in very soon.

Bench Press is still a weakness, but getting better. I played around with a different kip to the butterflies. It felt much smoother and overall more efficient. Good job "Evening Crew" way to give it your all!
