Although Brittany has only been with us for a few months, she will be sorely missed. The "Swolfie" queen will be moving to Florida! We wish you the best and be sure to register those guns ASAP!

SWOD - 3 to 4 Pullups each round, first two rounds of pistols got 10 then went down
WOD - capped (finished 750m last time we did this we didn't have a time cap which today was a huge improvement even though I hit the cap!)

Left hamstring is still a little tight. Wall Balls and double unders felt great but striding out on runs was not gonna happen...

Pull-ups with bands 4-5 each time
Pistols off top of box 6-8 each time
Pretty sucky
Wod: finished 425m
