SWOD - started at 63# ended with 118# for the last two rounds

*Could have done 95# for the SWOD. Still easing back into heavier weight.
*Don't have a pull up bar at home. Subbed HSPU. Bad idea. lol

Got under 295# and stood it half way up, then ran out of steam.
