SWOD: 1 abmatand it was right on the edge of a no rep but I got my 5x5.
WOD: 10:50. Not too bad.
Worked bench press 5x5 @ 165, 175 and 185 and dumbbell flies.

SWOD: 5 with two 45s and abmat
5 with 25, 45 and abmat
5 with two 45 and abmat (failing at this point)
two handstand holds.
WOD: 12:45 (or 12:54...memory blurry). Knees did pretty good. Stopped shy of 45 degree angle with knees for overhead squats. Full range on squat snatches.

@Chase...NO, that was not fun!

Last set of snatches left me wondering where my legs have gone. They were in singles and some got away from me.
