New strength cycle should be all shoulders.

SWOD: No weight, 35 for the rest.
WOD: 9:20 something. Modified with 75# shoulder press in place of squats.

My knees got a call from my shoulders today. My shoulders threatened to stop raising my arms during eating if my knees didn't start contributing to the WODs.
