SWOD: 205 failed at 215. I was trying to play it safe on my shoulders/arms but then I went ahead with 135 on the WOD. Never claimed to be smart.

WOD: 9:09 Rx. Felt really good, snatches unbroken on all sets. Ran too slow.

I was hoping bench #s went up but didn't think it would. Just another draw back to lifting solo. 135# snatches felt good, just took too long on running.
