Snatch - 78# tried for 83# but couldn't get myself under the bar

Clean & Jerk - 103# stopped at it, was having an off day

Everything felt heavy, no PR's

Shoulder and elbow were not feeling it. The 225 clean felt OK but the jerk hurt.
Going to try and commit to more auxiliary work for my oly lifts.

Started 6-week BS - 260x2, 280x2, 300x2

Snatches felt good, left shoulder is still not up to par though. Cleans were easy just the same weak shoulder limiting weights on the jerk.
