CrossFit Gymnastics
Starting on Saturday September 16th we will begin a CrossFit Gymnastics class on Saturdays at 8am and will run for 6 Weeks. Each week will have a different focus for the day. Everyone is welcome to join, you do not need to have prerequiste gymnastic skills to attend. We will break down the basics of each movement and demonstrate the correct ways to scale and progress. What will we cover you ask??? Well here is a quick run down.
- Basic Body Positions (hollow, arch)
- Core Strength Drills (tuck up, v-up, armadillos, rocks, alligator rolls)
- Handstand (holds, walking)
- Pull Ups (Ring Row, Lat Active, Strict, Beat Swing)
- Toes 2 Bar/KTE (Floor, Strict, Target Drill, Around the World, Wipers)
- Rings (Push Ups, Archers, Ab Lay Outs, Dips, Muscle Up)
